While I am home, pray I stay continue to communicate with the young ladies back in Northern Ireland. I am famous for disconnecting and that's exactly NOT what I want to do. With technology making it inexcusable to do so, I constantly fight the battle, but prayers are a definite to help me stay consistent.
Continue to pray for the spiritual growth of those who have chosen to follow Christ within Newcastle, not just within this last year, but overall. I heard it once said, "Many groups tend to talk about God rather than with God. Pray that as they draw closer to Christ, they're natural response is a life reflecting His love and care for all those they encounter and invest their lives in. Recently several youth went to a summer conference called Summer Madness and I have heard wonderful stories of how God spoke to them through the conference and I long to see that continue and not be a once-a-year experience, but a daily encounter with God.
God is providing, but continue to pray for the financial state of my situation as well as the visa process that it goes smoothly and goes off without a hitch.
Answered Prayer:
God is continuing to slowly work in the lives of both the volunteers and young women. I am blessed by the ability to contact them at a moments' notice through Facebook and Skype.
Through divine appointments God has placed His heart for the young women on the hearts of strangers and close friends, churches and individuals to partner with me financially. It's incredible to watch God work through His people.
As was mentioned before in previous prayer requests, Get Fit Get P.H.A.T. had finally been funded and it has gotten even more financial support so we will be able to expand on that ministry to the young women, speaking Truth into their lives that brings them into holistic lifestyles that glorify God.
